Circus Circus!

Hello my beautiful viewers,

Summer time is here and I am so excited to share with you all this adorable baby shower theme. As soon as I found out that one of my friends and her sister were both having girls, another friend and I got to work and put together this cute circus baby shower. We had a really fun time bringing to life all of our creative ideas. Hope you all enjoy, details will be listed below the pictures!

The drum the ty monkey is sitting on is a plant pot hand-painted with a zig-zag design.

The centerpiece also included this clear cylinder vase filled with peanuts and topped with fresh flowers.

My favorite part, the favors! These plastic bags were filled with a hand-crafted soap bar to represent the gold fish you win at a circus/fair. We adorned with a ticket and sealed it with a bow.

On to the desert table. Of course there is no such thing as a circus without popcorn, so we put these boxes together and made them baby shower appropriate - "Poppin' Soon"
Boxes: Etsy | Popcorn: Local Grocery Store
Lastly, we created the same stand as we did for the monkey (above) and found a cute cotton candy machine to display as an adorable prop.

All-White Party

Hello world!

I had the biggest pleasure to plan, execute, and host my sister's bridal shower in April, and it was the BEST experience! The theme was All-White party, per request of the bride-to-be. To our surprise, all of the guests showed up dressed in white from head-to-toe. We couldn't have planned it any better, and by "we" I am referring to my oldest sister and the MOH.

Here are a few pictures of the decorations at the event:

We rented this tent and request for them to drape it. I wish I had a closer picture of the chandelier that I created so you call could view the beautiful detailed work that went into making it.

Of course we had to display a dessert table for all the guests to enjoy after dinner. This display included all of the bride-to-be's favorite desserts (oreo's, kettle corn, donut holes, etc.).

Lastly, our sangria bar. I had gotten the idea from a mimosa bar that I saw on Pinterest and thought it was a great idea! We chopped up strawberries, apples, pineapples, and oranges to give the guest various options for their beverage.

Hope you love it as much as I did!

XO Cindy
